AVPF generic code and PLI (at least one week each):
 - Cleanup the code
 - Submit upstream and get review
 - Look into Slice Loss Indication as discussed with Miguel Verdu (3 days)

FEC (one week each):
 - Clean-up FEC modules to be usable in real life and not leaky
 - Write unit tests for FEC modules
 - Add a way to insert FEC decoder module into rtpbin
 - Make jitterbuffer react well to FECed media

TFRC (one week each):
 - Design extensions API
 - Design/implement Farstream API to RTP header extensions
 - Clean code
 - Write unit tests for the RTP extensions API

Telepathy Spec (unknown duration):
 - Add AVPF to the StreamHandler spec
 - Add rtp-hdrext to StreamHandler spec

Gabble (maybe tp-sofiasip?) (unknown duration):
 - Disable XMPP extensions for AVPF and for rtp-hdrext
 - Support AVPF and rtp-hdrext support according to the new Tp Spec and drafted XMPP extensions

tp-fs (2 days):
 - Support new AVPF/rtp-hdrext spec

Lots of tweaking of the various constants and other heuristics:
 - Needs read world testing, etc
 - May take a long time with many tweak-test-tweak-test rounds before
   we get it right enough
